At Polymer Bikes, we stand behind the longevity of our products. We offer a lifetime warranty on all bicycle frames, parts, and wheels, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty is fully transferable to second-hand owners; simply provide proof of purchase and complete our warranty re-registration process to activate your coverage.

Collision Replacement Program

We also offer a crash replacement program for framesets, wheels, and components damaged during impacts. This coverage applies to accidents occurring within a velodrome—whether during training, recreational riding, or competition. To help us expedite your claim, please provide visual documentation of the collision.
