Warranty and Collision

We offer a five year or lifetime warranty on all bicycle frames, parts, and wheels, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. The warranty transfers to second-hand owners with proof of purchase. Second-hand owners must file for a warranty re-registration.

Additionally, our crash replacement program protects your frameset, wheels and components against impact damage resulting from a collision. The collision must take place within a velodrome either during a recreational, competitive or training activity. Visual documentation of the collision will aid in expediting your claim.
