We utilize a proprietary blend of super polymers to 3D print layered structural profiles for our bike frames and components. As industry mavericks we have moved away from the traditional carbon-aramid composite construction method.

It was difficult to do so after investing years into our production process. It was however the right thing to do as the typical failure rate was just too high to ensure a consistently aesthetically pleasing quality control.

While the parts functioned fine, fine wasn't good enough. Our new method will allow us to produce stronger frames faster and that is simply our ultimate goal.
